IPPF is seeking an experienced Staff Care Guideline Consultant to support IPPF MAs to implement the Staff Care Guidelines for their humanitarian work, taking into account the ongoing COVID situation across the regions. The consultant will work with both regional level and country level actors (with senior management, humanitarian focal point, and/or human resources).
The role will be remote and can be based anywhere, but the successful candidate must be flexible in working with team members dispersed in different time zones.
