The FP2030 Asia Pacific Hub is seeking an experienced and qualified person to fill in the position of Administrative and Finance Officer (grade C). Reporting to the Hub's Operations Manager, the post-holder will assist in the smooth office operations and provide additional financial support to all of the FP 2030 Asia Pacific Hub personnel. S/He will be mainly responsible in logistical and travel support to all FP 2030 staff, including support for FP 2030 events and activities.

In November 2022, IPPF held its General Assembly in Bogota, Colombia where all Members Associations adopted a new Strategy, entitled: Come Together – Strategy 2028.

The new Strategy calls for major changes to make IPPF well-equipped to uphold SRHR.  The Strategy further commits IPPF to shaping laws, policies, and norms through feminist action and international solidarity; and to nurturing the federation, addressing shortcomings and adding new impetus for real and lasting impact.

In alignment with the new strategy, the IPPF-ESEAOR is seeking an individual to fill the position of “Architect of Cooperation” to support the growth and development of Member Associations (MAs) and Collaborative Partners (CPs). 

Reporting to the MA Support & Development Director, the position holder will develop effective professional working relationships with up to 7 Member Associations/Collaborative Partners, and network across the Regional and Global Secretariat team to access and deliver the best support to members by actively participating in and building on a global community of Architects of Cooperation (AoCs). He/She will also create an enabling environment to support the free flow of information and contact (not acting as a gatekeeper or bottleneck) and be responsible for all MA contracting, programmatic and financial   requirements.

Reporting to the Regional External Relations Director, the position holder will be bringing the lived experience and the strategic thinking of regional community networks inside, establish ‘beachheads’ that will allow marginalised communities to step inside the Secretariat/Federation and shake us up. This is a role for someone who brings their own lived experience and regional networks, who prioritizes collaboration and connection. This work will go beyond the Federation to amplify messages, build alliances and consortia and re-grant to movements and initiatives that matter.

Reporting to the Regional Lead, Country Engagement of the Asia Pacific Regional Hub, the post holder will be responsible for advancing engagement with a designated set of countries in the Hub region, including engaging with Focal Points, regional partners, and wider stakeholders at the country level to advance the goals of FP2030 and of the Asia Pacific Regional Hub.

The Country Engagement Advisor-Central Asia will also work closely with the rest of the Asia Pacific Hub team. They will also collaborate closely with FP2030’s Senior Manager, Regional Hub Coordination, located within the Executive Directorate.
