IPPF is seeking the right candidate to work closely with our Member Associations and partners, particularly in East Asia, South East Asia and the Pacific, supporting the development of their strategic communications and mobilisation capacity, and accompany the design and implementation of research, narrative development, testing and dissemination.
The post holder will play an important coordination role of the IPPF Winning Narratives Centre, a new initiative responsible for developing impactful narratives and strategic partnerships that drive social and political change in selected country contexts as well as for facilitating and sharing the learning with the Federation. A core component of the Centre is to set up and run a Community of Practice (CoP) where members and partner organisations from different countries come together to share their learnings; troubleshoot; and seek advice from peers and experts on different aspects of their strategic communication work. This post will play an exciting role in supporting the setup and smooth running of the CoP, including documenting and disseminating accessible learning products from the sessions.
The right candidate for this job will be comfortable working in matrix environments, flexible and ready to adjust to context, learn and adapt as needed, and also be able to structure and implement a coherent programme of work involving multiple stakeholders.
