Consultancy to Incorporate a Fraud Response Plan into the Learning Management System (LMS)

IPPF is soliciting tenders from expert consultants or firms to develop a new Learning Management System platform that will incorporate a Fraud Response Plan.  The proposed platform must be Internet-based and be accessible from anywhere, anytime and on any device. The new LMS platform shall facilitate any other upcoming training for employees, onboarding, compliance, policies, etc.

The consultancy shall include:

1. Deployment of LMS Platform
2. Convert the IPPF Training material to suitable format for hosting in the LMS Platform
3. Convert the training material in English to Spanish, Arabic and French.
4. Prepare the necessary Text – Speech Audio Conversion in four languages English, Spanish, Arabic and French.
5. Integration of training materials & other resources into the deployed LMS Platform.
6. Facilitate User Acceptance Test (UAT) for the deployed training materials and rectify any issues noted before the deployment.
7. Assist in the handover by providing all the required documentation for IPPF’s support team.
