Role: Regional MA Support & Development Director
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Role Purpose
The primary objective of this role is to lead the integrated support, growth and development of Member Associations (MAs) and Collaborative Partners (CPs) in the region.
The role-holder will create an environment that facilitates the free flow of information and encourages knowledge sharing and direct access among Member Associations (MAs) and Country Programs (CPs) within the region and across the broader Federation. They will proactively collaborate with other regions and global functions to maximise the Federation's overall impact.
This role promotes MAs and CPs as centres of excellence and technical expertise in their respective fields.
As a member of the Regional Senior Leadership Team, the role-holder will also contribute to advancing, developing, and expanding the Federation’s work within the region. Additionally, they will be part of the Global Secretariat and the Global Membership Support & Development Community of Practice, working towards the Federation's global agenda.
