About the Project
The Sexual and Reproductive Health in Emergencies Pacific (SRHiEP) project funded by the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) and implemented by the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), the Sexual and Reproductive Health in Emergencies Pacific (SRHiEP) programme ran from 2018–2021, with a No Cost Extension to August 2023 due to COVID-19 disruptions. A subsequent Costed Extension to February 2025, followed by a No Cost Extension to June 2025.
Consultant's Role
This end-of-programme evaluation is to be conducted by an external consultant, assess the programmes impact, effectiveness and value in achieving it’s intended purpose, along with its contributions towards New Zealand’s development priorities in the Pacific region. The end-of-programme evaluation will also assess how the project has evolved in response to the findings of the 2022 mid-term review, with the intention of also informing future SRHiE programming in the region.
The consultant is expected to travel for field visits.
