Role: Community Engagement & Partnerships Senior Officer
Location: Suva, Fiji
Role Purpose
This role will support the delivery of a new aspiration to harness collective power to continually challenge IPPF's delivery of its strategy.
This role may be considered as a 3-year contract role to ensure rotation and engagement with more communities.
Role Deliverables
- Conduct preliminary data analysis to drive disruptive partnerships with community networks.
- Create and maintain regional opposition maps based on gathered and shared intelligence to inform decisions and priorities.
- Organise outreach meetings/events with community partners in support of our aim to provide opportunities for challenge and disruption.
- Recommend community engagement improvements to optimise the relationship between the community and IPPF.
- Provide practical guidance on engaging with community partners so those we serve can challenge and disrupt how we think, speak and act.
