The International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) East and Southeast Asia & Oceania Region (ESEAOR) is seeking a consultant to serve as Architect of Cooperation (AoC) on a maternity cover basis.
The AoC plays a vital role in strengthening Member Associations (MAs) and Collaborative Partners (CPs) across East and Southeast Asia. This role fosters strategic collaboration, enhances SRHR service quality, and supports organizational development in countries including Mongolia, DPRK, South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Lao PDR, Cambodia, Japan, and Myanmar.
Key Responsibilities:

Strengthen collaboration with up to 10 MAs/CPs and facilitate strategic and technical partnerships.

Support quality SRHR service delivery, including on fertility and SRHR for older people.

Oversee contracting, programmatic and financial processes, ensuring transparency and compliance.

Integrate donor requirements into MA/CP planning cycles and reporting.

Advise on capacity strengthening and facilitate learning across the region.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in public health, development, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Demonstrated experience in SRHR programming, organizational systems strengthening, and partnership management.

Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Contract Type: Consultancy (6 months, maternity cover)
Location: Remote, preferably Malaysia-based; must be available during Kuala Lumpur business hours.
