Family Planning Organization of the Philippines (FPOP) submitted a report to the Human Rights Council ahead of the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) of the Philippines reporting on the gaps and barriers to accessing sexual and reproductive health (SRH) within the context of multiple and intersecting crises that the country faces.
