In 1957 the Indonesian Planned Parenthood Association (IPPA) was established with the aim of realizing responsible parenthood believing that family is the main pillar in realizing community welfare. Responsible parenthood is understood and interpreted through the dimensions of birth, education, health, welfare and the future. Values: Respect human dignity, regardless of sex, sexual orientation, gender, marital status, people with HIV, people living with disabilities, religion, race, ethnicity, political orientation, social and economic status. Upholding the values of democracy, non-discrimination, gender equality and justice, social justice, personal autonomy, freedom of thought, opinion, expression and association. Upholding and mainstreaming sexual and reproductive health rights in all situations and opportunities. Stick to volunteerism, pioneering work, professionalism, trustworthiness, transparency, independence, sustainability and justice. Vision: Responsible and inclusive Indonesian family and society. Despite having one of the Pacific's most challenging sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) indicators, the Kiribati Family Health Association (KFHA) has managed to expand the scope and reach of SRHR to those most in need. In the last few years, KFHA has rolled out an exciting array of sexuality education campaigns nationwide, including the successful KFHA Drama Group, which was lauded as a creative approach in the outreach and dissemination of sexual and reproductive health (SRH) information. The association is one of the leading NGO on SRHR and also working on GBV. The government of Kiribati, FBOs and the provincial has been working closely with KFHA. This is evident through MoU that was signed by the association with 8 provincial councils enabling them to provide continuous services on SRHR to these provinces.    

The Korea Population Health and Welfare Association (KoPHWA) is a leading non-profit organization in South Korea founded under the Maternal and Child Health Law and has played a crucial role in the successful implementation of population and reproductive health programmes in South Korea since 1961.   Our Vision:   Healthy Family Together, Sustainable Happy World  Our Mission:  Being Partner to Support the Health and Care for the Individual and Family  Our Goals  To improve quality of life by responding to population change.   To realize healthy social networks in the community.   To operate a professional and creative organization.  In pursuit of these goals, KoPHWA runs a wide range of information, education, and communication (IEC) programmes to raise public awareness of population issues and is active in young people’s education and participation.   KoPHWA delivers Maternal and Child Health (MCH) and Family Health services, particularly to women and children, through 13 branch clinics; it also provides mobile OB-GYN services to increase women's access to medical and health information and services, particularly for marginalized groups. KoPHWA’s works of developing and distributing high-quality materials have consistently contributed to creating a family-friendly childbirth and childcare environment as well as promoting exemplary sexual and reproductive health practices.

The Mongolian Family Welfare Association is a voluntary, non-governmental, non-profit, non-political, non-religious organization established in 1994.  It became an Associate Member of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) in 1996.   MFWA became a full Member Association in 2005 after its compliance with the constitutional, governance, programme and management provisions of the Standards and Responsibilities of IPPF membership and was re-accredited in 2012 and 2019.   We are the first Mongolian NGO granted with the UN ECOSOC Special Consultative Status since 2015.   MFWA delivers services through its branches, clinic, mobile services and a network of community-based distributors/community-based services (CBDs/CBSs) and partner clinics.   MFWA works closely with both governmental and non-governmental agencies to secure good quality sexual and reproductive health (SRH) provision for the Mongolian people.  It provides clinical services, education and counselling in pursuit of its ultimate objective: universal access to sexual health services, and universal recognition that exercising informed choice over SRH is a fundamental human right.  

The Papua New Guinea Family Health Association (PNGFHA) was established in 1981 and registered under Section 7 of the Associations Incorporation Act of Papua New Guinea. PNGFHA became an IPPF Collaborative Partner in 2001, was admitted as an Associate Member in 2020, and attained Full Member status on 19 June 2026. The Association's Head Office was originally based in Lae, Morobe, and relocated its Headquarters to Port Moresby since 2015.   PNGFHA operates a network of static clinics and outreach services across the National Capital District, Morobe Province, Eastern Highlands Province, and East New Britain Province. Its service delivery footprint includes clinics in Port Moresby (Tatana, Gordons and Downtown Clinics), Lae and Bulolo in Morobe Province, Goroka in Eastern Highlands Province, and Kokopo in East New Britain Province, enabling it to reach populations across urban, peri-urban, rural, and remote settings. Through these facilities and outreach programs, PNGFHA delivers rights based, confidential, and community centered sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) services. In a country facing high rates of gender-based violence (GBV), HIV, unmet family planning needs, and significant geographic barriers to healthcare access, PNGFHA plays an important complementary role to government health services by reaching adolescents and young people, women, vulnerable populations, and underserved communities.  In 2025, PNGFHA delivered 105,777 SRHR services to 27,484 clients through its clinics and integrated outreach programs. Service delivery included family planning, HIV counselling, testing and treatment linkage, STI diagnosis and treatment, gynaecological services, abortion-related care, and specialised support for survivors of GBV. Through integrated outreach, PNGFHA extended essential SRHR services to approximately 30 rural and remote communities across Morobe, Eastern Highlands, and East New Britain provinces, helping address persistent gaps in access to quality SRHR care. PNGFHA also strengthened clinical capacity through training in family planning, Basic Emergency Obstetric Care (BEmOC), HIV testing and antiretroviral therapy provision, and psychosocial support, enabling staff to deliver a broader range of quality SRHR services.   Youth programming remains a central pillar of PNGFHA's work. In 2025, PNGFHA reached approximately 10,000 out of school young people through community based SRHR and GBV awareness activities and delivered comprehensive sexuality education to more than 1,200 students. Through youth led outreach, peer education, sporting events, and community engagement platforms, PNGFHA continues to provide safe spaces where young people can access information, counselling, SRHR services, and referral pathways.  Beyond service delivery, PNGFHA strengthened its contribution to national SRHR priorities through active participation in GBV, HIV, and human rights campaigns, collaboration with government and civil society partners, and the establishment of strategic partnerships to expand SRHR access and service delivery.  In 2025, PNGFHA signed three Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with the Ahi Landowners Foundation in Lae District, the Eastern Highlands Provincial Health Authority in Goroka, and the East New Britain Provincial Health Authority in Kokopo. These agreements formalised collaboration to strengthen community outreach, expand access to SRHR services, support youth awareness programs, and enhance provincial health system coordination. Despite challenges related to staffing, security, commodity stock outs, data management constraints, and resource limitations, PNGFHA demonstrated resilience and continued to advance equitable access to essential SRHR services, particularly for populations most at risk of being left behind. Through its expanding clinic network, outreach programs, partnerships, and advocacy efforts, PNGFHA remains a key contributor to improving sexual and reproductive health outcomes across Papua New Guinea.

The Planned Parenthood Association of Thailand (PPAT) under the Patronage of Her Royal Highness the Princess Mother, is a non-profit organization and a leading sexual and reproductive health (SRH) learning agency supporting population’s quality of life to sustainable development, with more than 52 years of operation. The primary aim of PPAT is to support sexual and reproductive well-being of all people regardless of race, ethnicity, age, gender, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, disability, economic status and other diverse backgrounds. With support from government and private sectors, PPAT also bridges the gap where government is unable to cover, by providing services particularly to people with diverse sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression and sexual characteristics. With strong linkages with NGOs, government sectors and private agencies to move forward SRHR work and advocacy, PPAT is able to operate through 52 service delivery points, including 10 permanent clinics and 15 mobile units, in offering a broad-spectrum service from Family Planning, Safe Abortion Care, Maternal and Child Care, and HIV/AIDs and STIs, to Elderly Care. PPAT is not only providing health and medical services, but is also expanding into Nursing Homes, in response to ageing population needs in our society. Despite challenges, PPAT relies on human rights principles and diversity in creating a more inclusive program to improve all people’s quality of life and SRHR accessibility in Thailand.
